It didn't start as a project. It started as home.

Militza's father is from Curaçao. She grew up here, studied in the United States and chose to come back. After more than 30 years as an interior designer, she sees more than square meters: light, flow, potential and the feeling of a place.

Mauro and Dimitri lead sales on the island. They also own Sal the Kitchen and Taqueria Maya, keeping them closely connected to the local community. Tiara leads marketing from Spain, bringing an international perspective.

Together we guide buyers and sellers with honesty, warmth and a get-things-done approach. In English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu — and French with some team members.
